Print-on-Demand ProductsAll items in our store are custom-made on demand by our fulfillment partner. Because each product is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund. To qualify:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
Email us at [your email here] to start a claim

Lost PackagesIf your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to locate the package or issue a replacement.

Wrong AddressIf a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

RefundsApproved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Digital Products Policy

Besecker American League LLC may offer digital products including (but not limited to) downloadable graphics, digital playbooks, league guides, printable designs, and other electronic files.

DeliveryDigital products are delivered via email or direct download link immediately after your purchase is completed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your download within 24 hours, contact us at Beseckerbal@gmail.com.

Refund Policy for Digital ProductsDue to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products once they have been delivered or downloaded.

ExceptionsA refund may be considered if:

The file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working version
You were charged in error or charged multiple times for the same item
You did not receive the digital product within a reasonable timeframe and we cannot resolve the delivery issue
